• Conference room. Seating capacity for 80 people. Around ten tables. Wi-Fi. Videoconferencing system with cameras, sound, and microphones in the room. Coffee break on the terrace or in the museum reception area.
• Common room in the chalet with green shutters, in the heart of the garden. Seating capacity for 20 people. Wi-Fi. Video projector. Coffee break in the room with a view of La Meije and the garden.
• Meeting room in the scientists' chalet. Seating capacity for 10 people. Video projector. Coffee break in the room, on the terrace, or in the museum reception area.

The jardin du Lautaret two chalets with a capacity of 46 single beds.

You can also stay at the lodge & spa hotel at the Col du Lautaret or nearby in the many hotels, lodges, bed and breakfasts, rental apartments, and mountain huts in Villar-d'Arène.

The garden cottages are equipped with kitchens. You are welcome to use them to prepare your meals. Many restaurants will also be happy to welcome your group. You can also call on local caterers.

A visit to the garden is a must if you visit us during the flowering season! Otherwise, during the other seasons, you can contact our partners in the nature, science, and environment network for unusual visits, supervised outings, workshops, round tables, etc.
