Admission to the Lautaret Garden entitles visitors to the reduced rate for botanical days, and vice versa.
Rolland Douzet is the assistant director of the Lautaret Garden. He has been working there for some thirty years. He also teaches plant biology, botany, biodiversity, and evolutionary ecology atUniversité Grenoble Alpes. Every summer at Lautaret, he organizes training courses in botany and alpine plant ecology.

Location
Meet at the Col du Lautaret, in the parking lot behind the Écrins National Park visitor center. Be sure to wear sturdy shoes and bring plenty of water and sunscreen.
