Opening dates and times
The garden and museum are open every year from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., every day from thefirst weekend in June to thefirst weekend in September inclusive.
Guided tours at 10:30 a.m., 2:30 p.m., and 4:00 p.m.
The tours are led by our science mediator and by enthusiastic students who spend part of their summer at jardin du Lautaret to complete their university education.

Garden entrance
Free: children under 12, G-PASS Montagne 72h or Pionnier 365j €6: under 18s, students, job seekers, recipients of minimum social benefits, people with disabilities, groups of more than 10 people, reduced-rate partners €8: full price €15: ambassador card, unlimited access during the season

Guided tour of the garden
Free for individuals, no reservation required, subject to availability. Departures every day at 10:30 a.m., 2:30 p.m., and 4 p.m. €50 for organized groups*. Includes one private guide for 20 people. Reservation required.
* Elementary schools located between La Grave and Villar-Saint-Pancrace, UGA units/laboratories/services or those attached to the Alpes delegation of the CNRS are not affected.

Behind-the-scenes tour of the science
Thursday mornings in July and August. Duration: 1 hour. €0/€6/€8. See our calendar for detailed information. Reservations required.
Most of the trails jardin du Lautaret accessible to people with reduced mobility and strollers. The guides will adapt the route of the guided tour to suit your abilities.

Group bookings and reservations
We accept reservations for groups of 10 or more people. You will then benefit from reduced admission prices. You can pay directly at the ticket office upon arrival or by administrative mandate. If you would like to take a guided tour, a fee of €50 will be charged per group of 20 people (except if you are an elementary school located between La Grave and Villar-Saint-Pancrace, a UGA unit/laboratory/department, or affiliated with the Alpes delegation of the CNRS).
You can also rent our premises for your events and seminars, hire the Garden privately outside of opening hours or periods when it is open to the general public, or ask us to provide a tailor-made welcome service.
