Only 30 gardens are currently accredited. Each of these gardens has signed a charter of commitments aimed at ensuring the relevance of scientific research, conservation, education, and awareness-raising activities for the dissemination of knowledge and data.

The jardin du Lautaret classified as a natural monument and site of artistic, historical, legendary, and picturesque interest since 1934. This classification is generally reserved for the most remarkable sites of predominantly natural character, whose landscape must be rigorously preserved.
Le Gravelotte** campground at the foot of La Meije in La Grave offers 50 spacious pitches. Upon presentation of your campground stamp, you will receive a discount on admission to the Lautaret garden.
If you visit the Grands Bains thermal baths in Mônétier, you can enjoy reduced admission to the Lautaret garden. If you visit the garden first, you can enjoy a 10% discount on admission to the Grands Bains thermal baths for two hours upon presentation of your admission ticket.

The Jardin is also part of local, national, and international research networks.
The Nature Science Environment Network brings together around fifty scientific tourism operators in the Greater Briançon area. Scientific tourism bridges the gap between the world of science and fun, educational leisure activities.
