July 5, 2025 – July 31, 2025Villar-d'Arène - Lautaret Garden
Interested in getting involved in science? That’s perfect—we have an offer for you! We’ll cover your admission to the Lautaret Garden, and in exchange, scientists will equip you with a smart wristband, eye-tracking glasses, and—if you choose—a (painless) electrode cap. The goal? To better understand the links between well-being and the environment. We’re deliberately not telling you any more, so as not to influence the scientific results...
Fill out the registration form and choose a time slot when you can visit the Lautaret Garden
Olivia Brunet, the scientist in charge of the experiment, will get back to you to answer your questions and confirm the appointment
Why participate?
To advance scientific understanding of a topic that has not yet been studied in this way. This study provides a better understanding of the link between environmental perception and physical and mental well-being.
What does the experiment involve?
The study involves completing a questionnaire, performing an attention task on a computer, observing landscapes in the garden, and engaging in an outdoor activity
(consciousness, walking, or scientific explanations). You will be fitted with glasses that track your gaze and a connected wristband. The experiment lasts about an hour on average. We are also looking for right-handed volunteers to measure their brain waves during the attention task (please allow an additional 30 minutes).
