The information collected through this form is forwarded to the reception staff at the Jardin du Lautaret, who are responsible for processing your request. Your phone number will be used only in the event of unforeseen circumstances on the day of the event. The retention period for the information you have provided is limited to a maximum of one year. Data from the forms is deleted at the end of each public season. It is then destroyed. In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the amended French Data Protection Act of January 6, 1978, you have the right to object to, access, and correct the information concerning you, which you may exercise by contacting us again.
You may also, after filing a complaint with the UGA (the governing body of the Jardin du Lautaret), file a complaint with the national supervisory authority (CNIL) if you believe that your data has not been processed correctly.
